This research was conducted from 2012 to 2017 by the Peanut & Mycotoxin Innovation Lab (PMIL), the successor to the Peanut Collaborative Research Support Program (Peanut CRSP).
This five-year program involved researchers in 15 U.S. states, working with collaborators primarily in five countries – Ghana, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique and Haiti. Areas of research included:
- Germplasm development
- Mycotoxin detection and nutritional studies
- Value chain interventions
