Variety Development

In order to improve varieties, the innovation lab builds partnerships between peanut-breeding programs in the US and other countries and implement modern genomic and information technologies. The goal is to enhance the capacity of peanut-breeding programs in each country to develop new varieties that increase yields and address the local, national and regional demands.
